                Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend the HFIN S/I AMD on page 23, Section 1, line 42, following the words “noncharter public schools” by  striking out the semi-colon, inserting a colon and the following proviso: Provided however, that no charter school can be established or operated as a virtual charter school.”
